She was a Visiting Assistant Professor of History at the College of William &amp; Mary (2018\u20132019) and Max Weber Fellow at the European University Institute (2017\u20132018). She is a historian of Eastern and Southeastern Europe who obtained her PhD in 2017 from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.<\/p>\n<p>Her research centers on the interplay between socialism, occultism, religion, science, and utopia in twentieth-century Europe.
