K. Kokinova is the editor of the<br \/>\nBulgarian translation of Nabokov&#8217;s Laughter in the Dark (Colibri, 2013);<br \/>\na co-editor, with Bogdana Paskaleva, of the special issue on reception<br \/>\ntheories of the e-journal Littera et Lingua; a co-editor, with Kamelia<br \/>\nSpassova and Maria Kalinova, of a special issue of Literary newspaper on<br \/>\nVladimir Nabokov (#23\/2013). Proud Fulbright alumna at the Department<br \/>\nof Slavic Languages and Literatures of the University of California,<br \/>\nBerkeley (fall 2014).<\/p>\n<p>At present, Kokinova is translating W. Gombrowicz&#8217;s Cosmos for Panorama<br \/>\nPublishers and preparing a compilation of selected short stories by V.<br \/>\nNabokov for Colibri Publishers. Research interests: Comparative<br \/>\nLiterature, 20th-c. transnational metafiction, reception theories,<br \/>\ntheories of the novel, cognitive reception theory; authorial<br \/>\ninstructions, the role of the reader in metafiction; Nabokov,<br \/>\nGombrowicz, Kundera, Bulgakov.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Kokinova, K.
