We would like to invite you to the upcoming lecture, part of the seminar “Economic (Social) History of Bulgaria: The Future through the Past Culture.” The discussion series continue with a lecture by Prof. Dr Milko Palangurski (University of Veliko Tarnovo) on “The Tarnovo Constitution and the Foundations of the New Economic Statehood: Property, Finance, Economy.”
