Current Fellows

Stefan Gritsch (born 1951 in Bern) is a Swiss artist. He lives and works in Lenzburg and Lucerne. He graduated at the School of Applied Arts in Lucerne from 1973 to 1976.  This was followed by a position as assistant to Peter Jenny in the architecture department at ETH Zurich (1985–1986). From 1986 to 2017, he was professor of painting and drawing at Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts. He was also a research assistant at ETH Zurich in the architecture department (2007–2008). Stefan Gritsch also taught as a guest lecturer at the Bern University of the Arts (Art Department) in 2008 and at the Free Art Academy in The Hague in 2009.
