The evaluation is conducted in accordance with the standards and procedures of the German Council of Sciences and Humanities (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.wissenschaftsrat.de\">Wissenschaftsrat<\/a>), responsible for the accreditation and evaluation of German universities and research organizations.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nThe Evaluation was performed by:\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/iog.univie.ac.at\/personal\/professoren\/?no_cache=1&amp;tx_univiepersonal_pi1[username]=schmito7&amp;tx_univiepersonal_pi1[inum]=411&amp;pkey=18695&amp;cHash=a5d9d958abee673c1c00fa4b375d8c6f\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Prof. Dr. Oliver Schmitt<\/strong><\/a>  (Department of History of Eastern and Southeastern Europe, University of Vienna), scholar of international reputation in the fields of the social history, politics and economy of Southeastern Europe, he is also member of the Austrian Academy of Sciences. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Dr. Silviana Galassi<\/strong> (German Council of Sciences and Humanities &#8211; Wissenschaftsrat), expert in the Department of Social Sciences and Humanities.
