She holds a Ph.D. in Political Science from the University of Toronto and has held research fellowships at the German Institute for International and Security Affairs (SWP) and Freie Universit\u00e4t Berlin. Her research bridges comparative politics, international security, and technopolitics, with particular expertise in cyberspace, civil\u2013military relations, political regimes and regime change. She has published extensively in leading journals and edited volumes.
